An Artificial Intelligence Newsletter With a Human on Every Send
NetSafe built a newsletter that tailors itself to each customer and never goes out without a person approving it. We designed it, built it into the platform we run our business on, and we use it for our own customers.
Why We Built It
One newsletter sent to everyone is easy to produce and easy to ignore. We wanted the opposite. We wanted each customer to open something that reflects their own situation, not a generic update written for no one in particular. The only honest way to test that idea was to build it and use it ourselves, on our own customers, with our own name on every message.

Personalized to Each Customer
Instead of a single message, each customer receives a newsletter tailored to them. The content speaks to where that customer actually is rather than to a generic audience. The result is communication worth opening, because it was assembled for the person reading it rather than blasted to a list.
What the System Does, and What a Person Does
We drew a clear line between the work Artificial Intelligence handles and the judgment a person keeps. That line is the whole point.
| Step | Artificial Intelligence | A person |
|---|---|---|
| Drafting | Writes the draft and the per-customer tailoring | Sets the direction and reviews |
| Personalization | Assembles content relevant to each customer | Confirms it reads right |
| Approval | Prepares everything for review | Approves, edits, or holds every send |
| Sending | Nothing sends on its own | The send only happens after a human says yes |
A Human Approves Every Send
This is the part we care about most. Artificial Intelligence does the drafting and the tailoring, but nothing reaches a customer until a person has reviewed it and approved it. There is no unattended send. That is how we believe Artificial Intelligence should be used in customer communication: it does the heavy lifting, and a human stays in control of what actually goes out under our name.
What It Delivers
A newsletter is only worth running if it respects the reader. Ours is built to.
Relevance
Each customer gets content tailored to their situation, so the newsletter is worth opening.
Control
A person approves every send, so nothing goes out that we would not stand behind.
Consent
Public subscribers confirm their subscription, and anyone can opt out in one click.
Speed
Because it runs on the platform we already operate, drafting and review take a fraction of the old effort.
Want Artificial Intelligence working for you, with a human still in charge?
We built this for ourselves and we run it every day, with a person approving every send. We can help you put Artificial Intelligence to practical use the same way, responsibly and with real oversight.
Frequently Asked Questions, Our Artificial Intelligence Newsletter
Is this just Artificial Intelligence blasting email?
No. Artificial Intelligence drafts and personalizes, but a person approves every send. Nothing goes out on its own, and nothing goes out under our name that a human has not signed off on.
How is each newsletter personalized?
It is tailored to the individual customer rather than written once for everyone. We keep the specifics of how it works private, but the outcome is a message built for the person reading it.
Can people opt out?
Yes, with one click, at any time. Public subscribers also confirm their subscription with a double opt-in before they receive anything.
Did this take a long time to build?
No. It came together in a matter of weeks because we built it into the platform we already operate our business on.
