An Artificial Intelligence Newsletter With a Human on Every Send

NetSafe built a newsletter that leads with security, tailors itself to each customer, and never goes out without a person approving it. We designed it, built it into the platform we run our business on, and we use it for our own customers.

Why We Built It

One newsletter sent to everyone is easy to produce and easy to ignore. We wanted the opposite. We wanted each customer to open something that reflects their own situation and leads with the security topics that matter most, not a generic update written for no one in particular. The only honest way to test that idea was to build it and use it ourselves, on our own customers, with our own name on every message.

Security First, Always

Every issue leads with security, in a deliberate order: email security and phishing, identity protection and multi-factor authentication, managed detection and response on endpoints and in the cloud, then data protection and continuity. The writing is grounded in our real service content, the same pages and articles on this website, so it only ever describes what we actually do. It never invents claims, statistics, or product names.

Personalized to Each Customer, Without Putting a Target on Them

Each managed customer receives a short advisory note drawn from their own coverage data, pointing toward the capabilities that would strengthen their security posture. It is written as helpful guidance for an organization of their type, not a sales pitch aimed at them by name. Customer data never leaves our systems, and the personalized guidance is never published publicly. The result is communication worth opening, because it was assembled for the person reading it rather than blasted to a list.

What the System Does, and What a Person Does

We drew a clear line between the work Artificial Intelligence handles and the judgment a person keeps. That line is the whole point.

A Human Approves Every Send

This is the part we care about most. Artificial Intelligence does the drafting and the tailoring, but nothing reaches a customer until a person has reviewed it and approved it. The review is one deliberate screen: a full preview of the email as the recipient will see it on desktop and mobile, an automatic pre-flight checklist that confirms the essentials like a working unsubscribe and a mailing address, and an optional editorial pass that can rewrite the draft on request. Approval happens once, ahead of time. After that the issue sends itself on its scheduled date and publishes on its own, so a whole season of newsletters can be prepared and approved in advance with a human still in control of every word.

What It Delivers

A newsletter is only worth running if it respects the reader. Ours is built to.

Security first

Every issue leads with the protections that matter, grounded in what we genuinely do.

Human control

A person approves every send, so nothing goes out that we would not stand behind.

Compliance

One-click opt-out, double opt-in for public subscribers, suppression of bad addresses, and a mailing address on every issue.

Hands-off scheduling

Approve once and issues send and publish on their own dates, to the website and Google.

Frequently Asked Questions, Our Artificial Intelligence Newsletter

Is this just Artificial Intelligence blasting email?

No. Artificial Intelligence drafts and personalizes, but a person approves every send. Nothing goes out on its own, and nothing goes out under our name that a human has not signed off on.

How is each newsletter personalized?

It is tailored to the individual customer from their own coverage data, written as general guidance rather than a pitch aimed at them by name. We keep the specifics private, and customer data never leaves our systems.

Can I schedule issues in advance?

Yes. Approve a campaign once and it sends on its scheduled date, so you can plan and approve a whole season of newsletters ahead of time.

Where does each issue end up?

After it sends, the public version is archived on our website and shared on our Google business profile, so the newsletter builds a lasting, searchable presence.

Can people opt out?

Yes, with one click, at any time. Public subscribers also confirm their subscription with a double opt-in before they receive anything.
