SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to Netsafe Solutions, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us in connection with our business relationship. This includes 1-on-1 conversational messages from Netsafe Solutions personnel for purposes such as IT support communications, service updates, appointment confirmations, ticket status updates, and responses to client inquiries. Netsafe Solutions does not send marketing, promotional, or automated bulk messages through this service.
Consent and Eligibility: SMS messaging is offered only to existing clients and personnel of Netsafe Solutions who have an established business relationship with us. Consent is obtained verbally during service onboarding, through signed service agreements, or by direct request. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your active support needs and ongoing communications with Netsafe Solutions personnel. There is no set number of messages per day, week, or month.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Netsafe Solutions is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS communications. To resume messaging, you may opt back in by contacting Netsafe Solutions directly.

Supported Carriers: SMS service is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
