IT Support Technician / Level 1

Charlotte, NC Full-time On-site + Remote

We're looking for a technical support specialist available for on-site and remote helpdesk work. You should be able to diagnose issues from root cause to solution, document cases thoroughly, and deliver great customer service whether in person or remotely.

What you'll do:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware, software, and networking
  • Resolve client issues via phone, in person, and remote tools
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track issues and resolutions via ticketing system

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in IT support, customer service, or related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Experience with remote support tools

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Overtime available. On-call one weekend in rotation (10:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
