What does Netsafe charge to migrate a company to Microsoft 365?
There is no separate migration fee for clients signing a managed services agreement. Migration labor, security hardening, and tenant setup are included in the first month’s management fee. For project-only migrations without ongoing management, we quote the work in writing before starting: typical range is $2,000.$12,000 depending on mailbox count and complexity.
Can Netsafe manage an existing Microsoft 365 tenant, or only tenants you migrate?
We take over existing tenants all the time. First step is a no-cost security gap assessment (see Security Gap Analysis) that audits your current Secure Score, Conditional Access policies, admin role assignments, and external sharing posture. We then propose a remediation roadmap. No migration required to become a managed client.
Does Netsafe handle Microsoft Copilot?
Yes: licensing, deployment, pilot group selection, permissions cleanup, DLP policy configuration, and user training. Copilot runs $30/user/month on top of base Microsoft 365 licensing. We typically recommend a pilot group of 5.15 users before company-wide rollout.
What’s the difference between Business Standard and Business Premium?
Business Premium adds Entra ID P1 (Conditional Access, self-service password reset, Intune MDM), Defender for Business (endpoint security), and Intune for $11.40 more per user per month versus Business Standard. For any business serious about security, Business Premium pays for itself the first time you need Conditional Access to block a foreign login.
Does Netsafe support Exchange on-premises, or only cloud?
Cloud only for new managed clients. We handle Exchange-on-prem-to-Microsoft 365 migrations regularly, but ongoing Exchange Server management is not a service we offer: Microsoft has announced that Exchange Server 2019 support ends October 2025, and the migration path for everyone is now Exchange Online.
How does Netsafe handle offboarding users in Microsoft 365?
Standard offboarding process: disable Entra ID account, revoke session tokens, convert mailbox to shared (or export to PST and delete), reassign OneDrive contents to the manager, remove from all Teams and SharePoint sites, remove device from Intune. Typical offboarding request is completed same-day.
What happens if there’s a security incident in the Microsoft 365 tenant?
Black Point Cyber security operations center monitors the tenant 24/7. If an account is compromised, security operations center analysts can disable the account, block malicious apps, remove forwarding rules, expire tokens, and force password resets: typically within 7 minutes of detection. We get notified in parallel and handle the full investigation and remediation.
