AREAS WE SERVE
Charlotte and the Carolinas, hands-on.
Based in Charlotte. On-site for the metro and surrounding cities; remote support across both Carolinas.
We are a Charlotte-based managed services provider. On-site work is regional; remote support is everywhere your team is. Most clients are within an hour of the Charlotte metro, but the remote work covers the rest of North and South Carolina.
- Charlotte metro for on-site work
- Remote support across both Carolinas
- Same response times across the service area
The honest version: we run on-site work where we can drive in a reasonable amount of time, and we run remote work everywhere else. Charlotte and the surrounding metro is the easy answer for on-site engagements. The rest of the service area depends on the project. Most clients are within an hour of the Charlotte office; some are farther, served as remote-first relationships with periodic on-site visits.

How coverage works in practice.
For clients within an hour of the Charlotte metro, on-site work is part of the standard engagement. The technician who responds is local, the truck rolls when the work needs hands on hardware, and the relationship is hybrid by default: most days are remote, some days are on-site.
For clients farther out across the Carolinas, the engagement is structured as remote-first with planned on-site visits when the work calls for them: hardware refreshes, office moves, network buildouts, or quarterly reviews for clients who want a recurring face-to-face. The remote work is the same; only the on-site cadence is different.
If you are outside the active coverage map and want to know whether the engagement makes sense for your environment, the first conversation is free. We will tell you directly if a more local provider would be the right call.
Same services, regardless of where you are.
The service stack does not change with the address. What changes is whether on-site work is hours away or weeks away.
Help desk and remote support
Same one-business-hour response time everywhere. Phone, email, and the ticket form all land in the same Charlotte queue regardless of where the client is located.
Cybersecurity and monitoring
Twenty-four-hour security operations center monitoring through Black Point Cyber covers the same way regardless of client location. Endpoint detection and response, Microsoft 365 tenant monitoring, and incident response all run remote-first.
Microsoft 365 and project work
Microsoft 365 administration, migrations, and most project work is done remotely. Office moves, network buildouts, hardware deployments, and other on-site project work scale with the on-site cadence appropriate to the location.
On-site cadence
For Charlotte metro clients, on-site visits happen as the work warrants. For clients outside the metro, on-site work is planned in batched visits coordinated against the project timeline. Either way, the on-site time is documented in the engagement so it is not improvised.
Not sure if you are in our coverage area?
Tell us where your business is located and what you are dealing with. If you are within reasonable on-site reach we will say so directly. If you are farther out, we will tell you whether the engagement makes sense as a remote-first relationship or whether a more local provider would be the right fit.
