IT Services Pricing Guide
for Charlotte Businesses
Transparent, itemized pricing with no hidden fees — so you know exactly what you’re paying before you sign.
Netsafe Solutions publishes its pricing model because Charlotte businesses deserve to know what IT costs before the first sales call. We charge a per-device monthly rate for unlimited remote helpdesk plus management/service of every deployed tool — and every tool (NinjaOne, SentinelOne, Blackpoint SOC, DefensX, Phin, Checkpoint Harmony, Microsoft 365) is itemized separately on your invoice. No hourly retainers, no surprise invoices, no bundled fees you can’t see. According to CompTIA’s IT Industry Outlook, businesses using managed IT services reduce IT costs by 25–45% on average.
How Netsafe Solutions Prices Managed IT
Netsafe Solutions uses a device-based service model. Each device is billed at a per-device monthly rate that covers unlimited remote helpdesk plus ongoing management and service of every tool we deploy for you. The tools themselves are itemized separately on your invoice so you see exactly what you’re paying for.
What the per-device monthly rate covers (the service layer):
- Unlimited remote helpdesk — during business hours, no per-ticket charges
- Patch management — ongoing review, deployment, and issue response for OS and applications
- Alert response and remediation — our team coordinates with Blackpoint’s SOC on detection and response
- Proactive system health checks — and vendor coordination for third-party software issues
- Onboarding support and documentation — for every managed device
Tools itemized separately per device per month:
- NinjaOne RMM — 24/7 remote monitoring and management agent
- SentinelOne EDR — endpoint detection and response
- Blackpoint Endpoint Essentials — managed SOC monitoring endpoint alerts (SOC included in the Blackpoint product)
- DefensX — DNS filtering to block malicious websites
Tools itemized per mailbox per month:
- Phin — phishing simulation and security awareness training
- Checkpoint Harmony — email security
- Blackpoint Cloud Essentials — managed SOC monitoring for Microsoft 365 tenant
On-site support is billed at a time-and-materials (T&M) rate, pre-approved before any work begins. We resolve approximately 98% of support tickets remotely, so on-site visits are the exception. Projects like migrations, hardware deployments, and new setups are quoted in writing before any work starts.
Microsoft 365 Pricing
Microsoft 365 services are billed per licensed mailbox per month, separate from your per-device monthly rate. Licensing is distributed through Pax8 at month-to-month MSRP rates. Optional per-mailbox security add-ons — Checkpoint Harmony email security and Blackpoint Cloud Essentials (M365 SOC monitoring) — are itemized separately.

MSP vs. In-House IT: The Real Cost Comparison
The average fully-loaded cost of an in-house IT employee in Charlotte is $65,000–$95,000 per year, including salary, benefits, training, and overhead (Bureau of Labor Statistics / industry benchmarks). That gets you one person, working one shift, with one set of skills. When they’re on vacation, sick, or leave the company, your business has zero IT coverage.
Netsafe Solutions gives you access to 15+ certified technicians, enterprise-grade tools like SentinelOne EDR and Blackpoint Endpoint Essentials, 24/7 SOC monitoring, and unlimited remote support — all at a predictable per-device monthly rate, with every tool itemized on your invoice. According to CompTIA’s IT Industry Outlook, businesses using managed IT services reduce IT costs by 25–45% on average compared to in-house staffing.
Most businesses that compare quotes tell us Netsafe’s rate came in lower than other Charlotte MSPs they evaluated — without compromising on tooling or response quality.

Frequently Asked Questions About IT Pricing
How much does managed IT cost per month?
Netsafe Solutions charges a per-device monthly rate that covers unlimited remote helpdesk plus ongoing management and service of every tool we deploy for you. The tools themselves are itemized separately on your invoice: NinjaOne RMM, SentinelOne EDR, Blackpoint Endpoint Essentials (SOC included), and DefensX DNS filtering are each per device per month. Phin security awareness training, Checkpoint Harmony email security, Blackpoint Cloud Essentials (M365 SOC), and Microsoft 365 licensing ($7.20–$26.40) are each per mailbox per month. Contact Netsafe Solutions for a custom quote based on your device and mailbox count.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Netsafe Solutions doesn’t charge for onboarding. We handle the full transition — deploying NinjaOne and SentinelOne agents, configuring Microsoft 365 security policies, documenting your network — at no additional cost. Most onboardings take 2–4 weeks with zero downtime.
What happens if I add devices mid-month?
New devices are added to your plan as soon as they’re deployed. Billing is prorated for the remainder of the month, so you only pay for the days the device is active. Removing a device works the same way — you stop paying for it as soon as it’s decommissioned.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Netsafe Solutions uses a straightforward 1-year service agreement for managed IT services, which is standard across the MSP industry. Individual tools in your stack — including SentinelOne, Blackpoint Endpoint Essentials, Blackpoint Cloud Essentials, DefensX, Phin, and Checkpoint Harmony — are on flexible month-to-month terms, so you’re never locked into technology that stops working for your business.
Is on-site support included?
On-site support is billed at a time-and-materials rate, separate from your per-device monthly rate. However, Netsafe Solutions resolves approximately 98% of all support tickets remotely, so most businesses rarely need an on-site visit. When on-site work is necessary, we always get your approval before dispatching a technician — you’ll never see a surprise line item on your invoice.
How does Netsafe compare to other Charlotte MSPs on price?
Most businesses that compare quotes tell us Netsafe Solutions came in lower than the other Charlotte MSPs they evaluated. According to industry data, managed IT services typically cost $100–$250 per user per month for fully managed coverage. Netsafe’s device-based model — combined with enterprise tools like SentinelOne EDR and Black Point Cyber SOC — delivers the same (or better) coverage at a competitive rate.
