George Hayner
FOUNDER
George founded NetSafe Solutions on November 21, 2003 and leads technology strategy, security architecture, and AI-powered operations. With more than 30 years of IT experience, including 22 years building NetSafe, he oversees client security posture, Microsoft 365 tenant management, and the company’s investment in AI automation.
Derek Schott
CO-FOUNDER
Derek co-founded NetSafe Solutions in 2003 and leads operations, vendor management, and service delivery. He oversees day-to-day client operations, IT spend optimization, and the company’s operational excellence programs. Derek’s focus on process and accountability ensures NetSafe delivers consistently across more than 100 active client relationships.
